Western CCF Club Advisors
Western CCF is home to a crew of full-time, support raised missionaries who dedicate their time to be on campus, with students, supporting CCF, building leaders and disciples of Jesus.
Shedric Afable
Shedric graduated from Western, served as a student leader, and started serving as an intern in 2024.
Evan Brown
Evan has been part of Chi Alpha at Central Washington University for several years, completed his internship, joined our team in 2025, and is excited to focus on international students.
Rachel Dailey
Rachel joined our team in 2020 after graduating from Western, finishing our internship, and completing a 3 year stint in church ministry. Musicals, mystery novels, and Marvel movies are all on her current list of happy things, but she is always open to discovering something new!
Alexander Galletly
Alexander studied at Whatcom Community College and is joining our team as an intern in 2025 to learn what it looks like to be a campus pastor.
Cameron Harris
Cameron is a tea connoisseur. This combined with his love for Jesus makes him a great campus minister who has served on our team since 2012. You only need to be around Cameron for a few minutes to know that he wants to make Jesus known in the world.
Kristin Harris
Kristin graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Sociology and a Nonprofit Leadership Alliance certification and joined our team in 2011. She is deeply passionate about God’s work in the nations and loves equipping young students to be ambassadors of Christ’s reconciliation wherever they go.
David Knebel
David has served as a Chi Alpha campus pastor and mentor since 1991, and currently leads our internship program. He is passionate about Jesus and loves to encourage others to make Jesus known. David and his wife Shelley have four grown children and two adopted girls.
Sarah Kobayashi
Sarah graduated from Western Washington University and has served our team since 2019. During her years in CCF as a student and intern, her desire to love and welcome international students grew. She has served at Skagit Valley College, Whatcom, and now leads our international team at Western!
Johana Martinez
Johana graduated from WWU with a major in Human Services and minor in Education & Social Justice and joined our team for her internship in 2021. She is passionate about God’s heart for reconciling every nation back to His heart through Jesus.
Geoff Mumley
Geoff came to us all of the way from Africa. He grew up in Kenya and came to WWU for college. He quickly got involved in CCF and has been serving our team since 2004. He’s married and gets to serve with his wife Jess. Their house is fun and full with their 3 kids.
Cailey Peretti
Cailey graduated from Western Washington University, then joined the CCF team in 2023. She serves as our Worship Director where she leads worship, disciples students, and seeks to glorify God through music.
Eric Powell
Eric graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in History/Social Studies and has been serving CCF since 2021 alongside his wife Katie. He longs to see students encounter Jesus and grow in their faith, and is passionate about international students.
Katie Powell
Katie joined our team in 2021. She loves helping college students ask their big questions, and it is a place where she has often encountered God most. You'll also never have to ask if she wants to see or hear about your dog because she always wants to see and hear about your dog. Chances are, she is already their bestie.
Olivia Ragland
Oliva came to us from Northwest University where she worked for several years in a couple administrative and recruitment roles. She joined our team as an intern in 2025 to learn the ins and out of campus ministry with Chi Alpha.

Deah graduated from Western and joined our team as an intern in 2025.
Tallulah Reyes
Tallulah came WWU to get her degree in History and anthropology. She originally wanted to become a high school history teacher. However, during her time at Western she got involved with CCF, did the Internship in 2023, and felt a call to pursue ministry full time. You can always find her happy to talk about her love of history, or explore fun thrift stores in Bellingham!
